Welcome to the Pelican House in Orange Beach. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front corner duplex townhouse offers the beach on the back doorstep. An extended balcony off the living area offers an inviting outdoor space with newly updated furniture including a table and lots of seating to soak in the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. The seating includes 4 viewing chairs which two are pollywood and the other two are wood. The cozy, nautical-themed beach house sleeps eight.Features:
A tiled living area features comfortable seating and a 50' flat-screen television. Additionally, it has a sofa sleeper with a queen-size bed.
White appliances in fully equipped kitchen. Newly updated refrigerator with french doors as of May 2019.
Dining area is tiled and seats four around a wood table and four at breakfast bar.
Two queen-size beds are in the master bedroom with whitewashed bamboo flooring, a 55' flat-screen television, a tiled bathroom, a double sink vanity and combination shower and tub. The master also has its own balcony overlooking the Gulf.
The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a 40' flat-screen television. The third bedroom has twin beds and a 32' flat-screen television. Both bedrooms have whitewashed bamboo flooring.
