Since 2024, parking passes are purchased separately. Number of passes depends on unit size (1 for 1BR, 2 for 2-3BR, 3 for 4BR). Purchase on-site or online depending on property; no RV/boat parking.

What are Brett/Robinson's deposit and payment requirements?

Within 30 days: full payment. More than 30 days: $199 deposit ($125 non-peak). Balance auto-charged 30 days prior. Accepts major cards, Affirm, e-checks.

What is Brett/Robinson's cancellation and change policy?

Within 30 days: no refund. More than 30 days: refund minus deposit. $50 change fee if >30 days out. No refunds for early departures or weather.

Can I request specific units or bedding configurations?

We try to honor requests but cannot guarantee. If changes needed, we offer comparable unit, full refund, or credit to another property.

Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a property?

Primary renter must be 25+ and stay on-site. Exceptions for married couples with ID. Violations result in removal without refund.

What should I know about beach safety during my stay?

No lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk. Follow the flag warning system: double red (closed), red (high hazard), yellow (medium), green (calm), purple (marine life).

Are pets or service animals allowed in rental properties?
