The first three months of employment are an orientation period for mutual assessment of skills, attitudes, and work ethic. Supervisors review aptitude, performance, interpersonal interactions, and attendance. A performance evaluation is conducted at the end of this period.

Brett/Robinson is an at-will employer. Employment may be ended at any time by either party for any reason not prohibited by law. Continued employment depends on business needs, adherence to policies, and meeting job requirements.
