That split matters. There is no Track filter named “near golf.” Proximity is geography: Craft Farms sits a few miles inland from central Gulf Shores, Gulf Shores Golf Club is in town, Peninsula and Kiva Dunes sit west on the Fort Morgan peninsula, and Lost Key is on Perdido Key. A West Beach or Fort Morgan rental shortens the drive to Kiva and Peninsula. A Hwy 59 / central Gulf Shores rental is the easier base for Craft Farms and Gulf Shores Golf Club.

Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend at Craft Farms
Two 18-hole Arnold Palmer layouts in Gulf Shores, inland from the beach. Rolling fairways, large greens, and water on many holes. This is the closest championship pair to most central Gulf Shores condos.
Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club
27 holes by Earl Stone on the Fort Morgan peninsula—three nines that can be mixed by skill. Better paired with a West Beach or Fort Morgan stay than an east Orange Beach tower.
Kiva Dunes
Jerry Pate coastal layout at 815 Plantation Drive, Gulf Shores, between the Gulf and Bon Secour Bay. Wind and dunes set the day. Drive time is shortest from Fort Morgan / West Beach rentals.
Gulf Shores Golf Club
The city’s original course, a par-71 layout redesigned by Jay and Carter Morrish. Useful when the group wants an in-town round without a Fort Morgan drive.
Nearby options already listed on BRV golf pages include GlenLakes in Foley, Lost Key on Perdido Key, Orange Beach Golf Center, Rock Creek in Fairhope, and TimberCreek in Daphne. Those are day trips from a Gulf Shores rental, not on-property amenities.
What to look for in the rental
Golf groups need beds, parking for clubs, and a kitchen more than a Gulf-front balcony. A 3- or 4-bedroom condo or house lets a foursome stay together, cook an early breakfast, and leave at one time. 1-bedroom units work for a couple who only need one morning tee time.
West Beach addresses along West Beach Blvd sit closer to Fort Morgan Road and the peninsula courses. Phoenix Gulf Shores, Island Winds, and other Hwy 59-area buildings sit closer to Craft Farms and town. Orange Beach towers still work if the group also wants Perdido Pass dining and can accept a longer drive to Kiva.
