Parking: The Homeowners Association manages parking permits based on the number of bedrooms: one permit for a 1-bedroom unit, two for 2- or 3-bedroom units, and three for most 4-bedroom condos. Permits must be displayed at all times. RVs, buses, extended vans and boat trailers can't park on-site. Brett/Robinson offers limited off-site parking on a first come, first served basis; ask the Service Desk at check-in about availability.
You'll receive an email from VRPAccess with a link to register and buy your parking passes online. Buy at least one day before arrival to save $10.00 per pass, or buy them at the Service Desk when you check in. Subject to change.
