The unit, which sleeps six, is strictly limited to monthly rentals from mid-October to the end of February.

· Dining room table has seating for four in addition to a two-seat, standalone breakfast bar.

· Master bedroom has a King-size bed and a flat-screen television.

· Second bedroom has two twin beds.

· The second bathroom, off the hallway, has a single sink vanity and a tub shower combination.

· A full-size washer and dryer are located inside unit.

· A back porch with chairs is available for some relaxation as well.

Both bedrooms have carpet while the rest of the unit has laminate wood flooring.

Public beach access is 1.8 miles from the building.
