Island Winds West is a Gulf-front condo community at 407 West Beach Blvd in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, managed by Brett/Robinson Vacation Rentals. Its 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom condos sleep up to 8, with floor-to-ceiling windows and Gulf-view balconies, a heated Gulf-front pool, kiddie pool, boardwalk beach access, fitness center, picnic area with grills and beach chair rentals. Guests check in at the Island Winds East Service Desk.
All condos offer direct access to the beach, along with on-site amenities and a central location close to dining, attractions, and seasonal events throughout Gulf Shores. Guests booking through Brett/Robinson enjoy professionally managed accommodations and local destination expertise.
Parking: The Homeowners Association manages parking permits based on the number of bedrooms: one permit for a 1-bedroom unit, two for 2- or 3-bedroom units, and three for most 4-bedroom condos. Permits must be displayed at all times. RVs, buses, extended vans and boat trailers can't park on-site. Brett/Robinson offers limited off-site parking on a first come, first served basis; ask the Service Desk at check-in about availability.
You'll receive an email from VRPAccess with a link to register and buy your parking passes online. Buy at least one day before arrival to save $10.00 per pass, or buy them at the Service Desk when you check in. Subject to change.
