Unit Condition
Q: I have an upcoming reservation. When will I know if my specific rental unit has been impacted by tropical weather? Will I be moved to a different rental unit or building?
A: You will know before your scheduled arrival day. We will only move you to another location if your original unit was negatively impacted by tropical weather. If we need to move you to another unit or building, our reservations team will contact you. A: Refunds are processed automatically upon cancellation. The specific date you receive your refund will depend on who you bank with. This process can take 5-7 business days to post.

A: It is crucial to pay attention to surf conditions before you enter the Gulf should your vacation take place during a tropical occurrence.

Amenities
Q: Will I be able to access the pool and additional facilities if there is tropical weather?
A: The majority of our buildings have access to pools, lazy rivers, and other facilities. However the security team at each property will use their judgement in order to best keep you safe should weather conditions worsen. Q: Will I have access to internet and phone service during my vacation if there is tropical weather?
A: Please pay attention to weather updates, as a power outage is likely should a tropical occurrence make landfall in our area.
