All bedrooms have their own private full-sized bathroom attached. There are 2 master bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, heated towel bars, and other amenities. Phoenix On the Bay guests wishing to use the marina shall provide a copy of their respective vessel’s registration (if applicable), along with a certificate of insurance with liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000 combined single limit (CSL). Guests shall show proof of insurance at time of registering their vessel at the POB service desk.
