We are excited to announce that the first phase of construction is underway at Phoenix Gulf Towers. We are sending this letter to inform you that we are ready to accept color selections for your unit.
It is important that you notify us of any major structural changes you would like to make as soon as possible. Construction progresses according to our scheduled timeline, and once we reach a certain stage, the cost of doing changes will increase. (i.e.: demolition charges, patching and paint.)Enclosed you will find a floor plan and some information to assist you with the selection process for your unit. Included is a card with a couple of Web links. One is a brief survey asking for your best contact information and structural changes you wish to make. The other is a link to our standard color selections. If you prefer, you may also contact us at our office in Orange Beach so we can better assist you.
