Helpful Tips
- Luggage Carts & Buggies: Carts are located on floor 2-7 by elevators. Do not carry them into the unit. Please return carts to the Designated area after unloading.
- Wi-Fi: Please refer to your pre-arrival email or guest portal for the WiFi password.
- TV Signal Issues: If TVs lose signal, contact the Service Desk or call directly to Secure Vision at 251-967-4455 for troubleshooting.
- Refrigerator: Keep the refrigerator closed as much as possible during the first 12 hours. Leave the control set to medium and wait to add non-refrigerated items as needed.
- Trash Disposal: Trash chutes are located on the EAST SIDE on each floor.
- Balcony Door: Keep the balcony door closed while the A/C is running, and make sure to close the sliding door before opening the front door.
- Washer/Dryer: Avoid overloading the washer or dryer.
- Pets: Guests are not permitted to have pets. Service animals and property owner pets must be leashed at all times and display proper identification.
- Beach Chairs: See Ike's Beach Rental attendant at BEACHSIDE – beach chairs are NOT included w/condo rental.

Phoenix Gulf Towers General Information
- For assistance, please see the Phoenix Gulf Towers Service Desk from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily.
- Phoenix VII has a 24-hour Service Desk to assist guests outside of regular business hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- No pool or beach items may be stored in the walkways, stairwells, or common areas. The designated area for these items is the breezeway by the pool.
- Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. The Complex has designated smoke areas marked with signage.
- Guests are not permitted to have pets. Service animals and property owner pets must be leashed at all times and display proper identification.
- A valid parking pass is required for all guests and must be purchased at the Service Desk or the VRPAccess guest portal pgt.vrpaccess.com/guestpay
- For your convenience, you will receive a separate email from VRPAccess with a secure link to register and purchase your parking passes online. Complete your registration at least one day before arrival to save $10.00 per pass.

Nothing may be left on the beach overnight in accordance with the Leave Only Footprints Initiative.
Seagulls: Please do not feed the seagulls. No pool or beach items may be stored in the walkways, stairwells, or common areas. The designated area for these items is the breezeway by the pool.
Coolers: Drain coolers in designated areas. Draining a cooler off a balcony could result in serious injury and will result in guest ejection.
Guests are not permitted to have pets. However, only condo owners are allowed to have pets on the property; but must be on a leash and have proper identification.

Thermostat: Please set the thermostat at 73°F for summer and 65°F for winter.

Trash: Please make sure all trash is removed from your unit before you check out. Trash chutes are located on the EAST SIDE on each floor.

Towels: Place all towels in the bathtub.

Housekeeping: Your vacation includes a post-check-out cleaning by our housekeepers, who will strip and remake the beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. Additional cleaning may result in an additional charge.

Smoking: Your rental unit has been designated as non-smoking. Please be advised if you or anyone in your party smoked in this non-smoking rental accommodation, you will be charged $250 plus tax.

Departure: Please follow the check-out instructions provided to you or notify the Service Desk of your departure so the unit can be prepared for the next guest.

As part of our security measures, we will request a photo of your ID for verification. Once confirmed, a unique access code will be sent via text, allowing you to proceed directly to your condo with no physical key exchange required.
You will receive an email from VRPAccess with a registration link to register and purchase your parking passes online. You will save $10.00 per pass by completing this purchase at least 1 day before arrival.

The Phoenix Gulf Towers Service Desk is located at 22988 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL 36561, and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Important Note: If your unit number ends in 1–4, your unit is located in Tower I. If your unit number ends in 5–8, your unit is located in Tower II.
