Helpful Tips

  • Luggage Carts & Buggies: Carts are in the lobby — do not carry them into the unit. Return to the designated area after unloading.
  • Wi-Fi: Refer to your pre-arrival email or guest portal for the Wi-Fi password.
  • TV Signal Issues: Contact the Service Desk or call Secure Vision directly at 251-967-4455 for troubleshooting.
  • Refrigerator: Keep closed as much as possible for the first 12 hours. Leave control set to medium.
  • Trash Disposal: Trash chutes are located on floors 2–15 at the West end of the building. On the first and basement floors, use designated cans along the walkways.
  • Balcony Door: Keep closed while A/C is running. Close the sliding door before opening the front door.
  • Amenities Access: Stop by the Service Desk to check out sports equipment.
  • Washer/Dryer: Avoid overloading.
  • Pets: Guests are not permitted to have pets. Service animals and property owner pets must be leashed at all times with proper identification.
  • Beach Chairs: See Ike's Beach Rental attendant at beachside — beach chairs are NOT included with your condo rental.

Phoenix East II General Information

  • For assistance, see the Service Desk at Phoenix East (next door) from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily. Phoenix VII has a 24-hour Service Desk for after-hours assistance at 251-960-8052.
  • No pool or beach items may be stored in the walkways, stairwells, or common areas.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Designated smoke areas are marked with signage.
  • Guests are not permitted to have pets. Service animals and property owner pets must be leashed with proper identification at all times.
  • A valid parking pass is required for all guests. Purchase at the Service Desk or online at pe.vrpaccess.com/guestpay
  • Save $10.00 per pass by completing your VRPAccess registration at least one day before arrival.
  • Amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II are not shared between the two properties.

Nothing may be left on the beach overnight in accordance with the Leave Only Footprints Initiative.
Seagulls: Please do not feed the seagulls.
Coolers: Drain in designated areas only. Draining a cooler off a balcony could cause serious injury and will result in guest ejection.

Thermostat: Set to 73°F for summer and 65°F for winter.

Kitchen: Please leave all kitchenware clean.

Trash: Remove all trash before checkout. Chutes on floors 2–15 at the East end. On the first and basement floors, use designated cans along the walkways.

Towels: Place all towels in the bathtub.

Smoking: This unit is non-smoking. Smoking inside will result in a $250 + tax charge.

Departure: Follow your check-out instructions or notify the Service Desk so the unit can be prepared for the next guest.
