- IWE – domestic water pumps not running
- IWE – limited water pressure due to domestic pump issue
- IWE – pool fence damaged
- IWE – 6 AC condensing units toppled
Phoenix I
- No commercial power
- Only 1 elevator in operation
- Significant drop-off from the end of the boardwalk to the beach
- Damaged light pole in parking lot
- Multiple AC condensing units toppled
- Gatehouse sliding glass door shattered
