Parking passes are sold in the office on the 2nd floor in the center of the building. $50 per vehicle, credit card only. The office is open until midnight.
1-bedroom condos: 1 parking pass  |  2- and 3-bedroom condos: 2 parking passes
  • The code for the beach and fitness room is available at the service desk. Please obtain this information when you purchase your parking pass.
  • The Lighthouse office is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week. Security services operate 24 hours a day.

Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn while on Lighthouse property. You will receive them with your parking pass.
Tips

Helpful Tips

  • Wi-Fi: Please refer to your pre-arrival email or guest portal for the WiFi password.
  • Wi-Fi Issues: Call Secure Vision at 251-967-4455.
  • Smoking: The Complex has designated smoke areas marked with signage.
  • Refrigerator: Keep the refrigerator closed as much as possible during the first 12 hours. Leave the control set to medium and wait to add non-refrigerated items as needed.

Please review your arrival and departure times at brett-robinson.com/check-in-times.

Thermostat: Please set the thermostat at 73°F for summer and 65°F for winter. Please leave all kitchenware clean.

Trash: Please ensure that all trash is removed from your unit before checking out. Trash chutes are conveniently located near the elevators and at the east and west ends of each floor.

Housekeeping: Your vacation includes a post-check-out cleaning by our housekeepers, who will strip and remake the beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. Additional cleaning may result in an additional charge.

Smoking: Your rental unit has been designated as non-smoking. Please be advised if you or anyone in your party smoked in this non-smoking rental accommodation, you will be charged $250 plus tax.

Departure: Please follow the check-out instructions emailed to you or notify the Service Desk of your departure so the unit can be prepared for the next guest.

Hard Keys: ALL hard keys must be returned to the 59 office 1 hour after checkout time.
