Helpful Tips

  • Wi-Fi: Please refer to your pre-arrival email or guest portal for the WiFi password.
  • Wi-Fi Issues: Call Secure Vision at 251-967-4455.
  • Cable Issues: Call Mediacom at 1-888-845-6245.
  • Refrigerator: Keep the refrigerator closed as much as possible during the first 12 hours. Leave the control set to medium and wait to add non-refrigerated items as needed.
  • Luggage Carts: Return all luggage carts to the cart room on the 1st floor after use.
  • If Towed: Call Mic Adam's Towing at 251-206-0049.

  • No one under 18 is allowed without proper supervision.
  • No slamming of weights, or you may lose the privilege to use the room.
  • No loud music – headphones are preferred when multiple guests are present.
  • No more than 8 people are allowed to use the facility at a time.
  • Please take a moment to read all posted gym signs.
  • Clean the equipment after each use.
  • Notify management of any issues with equipment or systems.
General

Grand Caribbean Community Rules

General Rules

  • No grilling or open fires on balconies, walkways, or in the parking lot. Please use the designated BBQ area and clean up any charcoal and debris.
  • No pets except for owners. Owners must register their pet with Young's/Suncoast and purchase a tag.
  • Use caution and do not speed when entering or exiting the parking area.
  • No loud radios or music from cars, units, or the pool area. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

Parking & Vehicles

  • No oversized vehicles, RVs, or work trailers may be parked in the lot.
  • Boats may be parked only in the 5 allocated spaces.
  • Boat parking is for owners only from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Boats must be registered at Young's/Suncoast and display a parking tag.
  • Garage parking (under the building) is private and reserved. Please use spaces in the main lot.
  • No washing or repairing vehicles or boats in the parking lot.

Pool & Common Areas

  • Pool furniture must remain in the pool area.
  • Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  • Keep the pool area tidy and trash-free.
  • Do not hang towels, bathing suits, or other items over railings.
  • Dispose of all trash in the dumpsters.
  • Return all luggage carts to the cart room on the 1st floor after use.

Departure Instructions

Please review your arrival and departure times at brett-robinson.com/check-in-times.

Thermostat: Please set the thermostat at 73°F for summer and 65°F for winter. Please leave all kitchenware clean.

Trash: Please ensure that all trash is removed from your unit before checking out. Dumpsters are located at the North end of the parking lot.

Housekeeping: Your vacation includes a post-check-out cleaning by our housekeepers, who will strip and remake the beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. Additional cleaning may result in an additional charge.

Smoking: Your rental unit has been designated as non-smoking. Please be advised if you or anyone in your party smoked in this non-smoking rental accommodation, you will be charged $250 plus tax.

Departure: Please follow the check-out instructions emailed to you or notify the Service Desk of your departure so the unit can be prepared for the next guest.

Hard Keys: ALL hard keys must be returned to the 59 office 1 hour after checkout time.
