- Deck Access: Use caution on exterior stairs, decks, and sandy surfaces when wet.

- No beach, deck, or outdoor items may be stored in stairwells, walkways, or common access areas.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
- Guests are not permitted to have pets.
- Please do not feed seagulls or wildlife.
- Nothing may be left on the beach overnight in accordance with the Leave Only Footprints Initiative.
