Marriage License
You must obtain a marriage license from the Baldwin County Court House in Bay Minette. Identification must be provided at the time of application. Operating hours for the courthouse are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-3:00 pm. The fee for the license is $70. Payment may be made by cash or money order. According to Alabama law, a Justice of the Peace cannot perform marriage service. Additional questions should be directed to the County Courthouse at 251.937.0260.
