FAQ: Reservations, Policies & Guest Planning
Since 2024, parking passes are purchased separately from reservations. Passes are managed by the building’s HOA and can be obtained online or onsite depending on the property.
Full payment is required within 30 days of arrival. For longer lead times, a deposit is required. Payment methods include major credit cards and e-checks.
Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. Changes more than 30 days out incur a $50 fee. Policies differ for monthly stays and hotel bookings.
