These numbers reflect a consistent theme: we’re outperforming the market across all unit types, in both occupancy and revenue.
Our success this summer is the result of careful, continuous analysis of key demand indicators — including search traffic, call volume, Google Trends, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) data. Our team has worked diligently to anticipate demand shifts and implement pricing and marketing strategies that deliver results for you.
As noted in our most recent Sandscripts article, school is back in session earlier than ever this year. In fact, 8 of our top 10 guest markets return to school by August 7th. This shift will likely reduce demand in the first week of August, compared to previous years.

Initial results are promising, and we’re already seeing stronger September and October revenue per unit compared to the broader market. In fact, across all bedroom sizes, our properties are currently pacing 14% ahead of the market average for the fall season.
