Rev Up - July 2024 Revenue Update
Summer is certainly here on the Alabama Gulf Coast! May kicked off a strong start to the summer that we have seen continue through June and into July. We are excited to share some fantastic figures which show that our properties are consistently outperforming the competition!
Strong Performance:
- May: Our owners earned 20% more revenue than similar units in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
- June: We exceeded the market by 21%, a 6% improvement over our last update from early June.
- July: We are currently experiencing a 21% revenue advantage, and growing by the day!
Revenue Highlights:
- 1BR Units: Up $2,500 when compared to similar units across the market.
- 2BR Units: Up $4,200 when compared to similar units across the market.
- 3BR and 4BR Units: Up over $6,000 when compared to similar units across the market.
Occupancy Rates: Our occupancy for June and July is 8.6% higher than the market average, and we are seeing this lead increase daily.
