Thermostat: Please set the thermostat at 73°F for summer and 65°F for winter. Please leave all kitchenware clean.

Trash: Please ensure that all trash is removed from your unit before checking out.

Housekeeping: Your vacation includes a post-check-out cleaning by our housekeepers, who will strip and remake the beds, vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, and mop the kitchen floor. Additional cleaning may result in an additional charge.

Smoking: Your rental unit has been designated as non-smoking. Please be advised if you or anyone in your party smoked in this non-smoking rental accommodation, you will be charged $250 plus tax.

Departure: Please follow the check-out instructions emailed to you or notify the Service Desk of your departure so the unit can be prepared for the next guest.

Hard Keys: ALL hard keys must be returned to the 59 office 1 hour after checkout time.
