The Oasis at Orange Beach, formerly known as Phoenix West II, is a beachfront condo resort offering the comforts of home paired with large-scale resort amenities. Located directly on the sugar-white sand of the Alabama Gulf Coast, the property features panoramic Gulf views, private balconies, and direct beach access from every condo.
The Oasis at Orange Beach offers well-appointed 3- and 4-bedroom vacation rentals that accommodate up to 14 guests, making it an ideal option for families and larger groups. Long recognized as a landmark property on the Gulf Coast, The Oasis continues to build on its reputation with planned enhancements designed to elevate the guest experience while maintaining its signature beachfront setting.

Guests staying at The Oasis at Orange Beach enjoy a comprehensive collection of resort-style amenities designed for relaxation, recreation, and all-weather enjoyment. Outdoor features include a Gulf-front lazy river, a corkscrew water slide, lounging areas, grilling stations, and on-site courts for tennis, shuffleboard, and mini-golf.
Indoor amenities include a large indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a game room, and a multi-level fitness center accessed through expansive lobby spaces. Covered, glass-enclosed parking provides added convenience for guests exploring Orange Beach and nearby Gulf Shores.
Planned enhancements (announced for summer 2024) include a new outdoor bar and grill, a dedicated adult pool, expanded features in the children’s splash area, a pickleball court, a half-court basketball area, and a pavilion-style gathering space designed for relaxation and socializing. These additions are intended to further expand the resort’s already robust amenity offering.

Staying at The Oasis at Orange Beach places guests in a central Orange Beach location with easy access to both coastal recreation and family-friendly attractions. The Orange Beach Welcome Center is located nearby, and access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail within Gulf State Park is less than half a mile away. The trail system spans more than 28 miles and includes hiking and biking paths, wetlands, wildlife viewing areas, a butterfly garden, and alligator habitats.
Additional attractions within a short drive include mini-golf courses, Fat Daddy’s Arcade, and Adventure Island, a popular amusement park known for its erupting volcano. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, fishing charters, marinas, and arcades are located throughout Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores, providing a wide range of dining and entertainment options close to the resort.
