The newest crown jewel to the NCAA conference has been the NCAA Collegiate Beach Volleyball Championship, and has been recently awarded to Gulf Shores through 2022. This championship play begins with eight teams battling it out in double elimination format for the title. In 2016 Sports Travel magazine named the inaugural event the "Best New Event for 2016" - and it continues to be one of the fastest growing collegiate sports. This is a truly a "can't miss" event!!
