From Phoenix on the Bay, you can walk to multiple restaurants, like Avenue Pub, Playa, and Pleasure Island Tiki Bar, where you’ll find food, cocktails, and live music on the water.

Parking is limited. A one bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two or three bedroom will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes.

Phoenix On the Bay guests wishing to use the marina shall provide a copy of their respective vessel’s registration (if applicable), along with a certificate of insurance with liability coverage in an amount not less than $300,000 combined single limit (CSL). Guests shall show proof of insurance at time of registering their vessel at the POB service desk.
