The dining room seats four at the table and two at the kitchen bar. The living room has a flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player, a queen sofa sleeper and two large chairs. The bathroom has new counter tops and a combined shower and tub.The bedroom has a king bed, dresser, two nightstands, 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. Ceiling fans are in both the living room and bedroom. The balcony, with breathtaking gulf views, seats four at the table and additional seating on a lounge chair. Tiled floors throughout the unit. The unit also has a washer and dryer.
