Step into the luxury of your home away from home, at the Phoenix V, with this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 9th floor!The living room has a pretty ocean blue color with matching couches with end tables and lamps to bring out the beach vibe. The middle couch is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The living room is centered by a lovely oak coffee table over a matching area rug to tie everything together. Across from the sitting area is a large flat screen TV on a black entertainment center. Popcorn ceilings were removed and remodeled with a satin flat finishing.
The Bedroom has a beautiful king- sized bed with a white wicker bedframe. On each side of the bed are white wicker nightstands with lamps. The wall is a pretty green to match the beach design. Next to the closet is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Below a white wicker framed mirror on the wall is a matching wicker chest of drawers with a glass top. The bathroom is a full bath with a huge mirror mounted on the wall.
The balcony has updated patio table and chairs to enjoy the view of the ocean.
The kitchen is decked out with a stainless-steel refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a white dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen walls are a light turquoise and has granite countertops with two barstools on the bar end of the counter. New kitchen cabinets and a cocktail table.
The dining area has a lovely dark oak, granite top, dining table and chairs have been updated.
The condo has a full white washer and dryer.
This condo also comfortably sleeps, as well as entertains, up to 4 people. The place was made for family and friends to create amazing memories that will last forever!
