This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom condo has neutral tones with a pop of color throughout for a soothing beach environment.
The living room has ample seating for watching games and movies with your crew! Should you need a break from the sun, there is a small library and game collection in the sideboard under the TV to provide entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, painted wood cabinets, and an etagere to serve as a pantry. Four bar stools provide seating at the breakfast bar while dining table seats six.
The balcony offers deep, conversation style seating for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the waves!
The primary bedroom features nautical navy and white decor and of course, a king size bed. A smart TV is available along with two touch table lamps complete with 2 USB ports. The primary bedroom also enjoys private balcony access. The en suite bathroom has an extended vanity area with plenty of storage and a separate area with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is decorated with neutral walls and pops of yellow on the queen size bed. Along with a tv, this bedroom offers separate access to the second bath. The second bath also opens to the hall for guest in the third bedroom and is decorated in neutral colors with ample storage and a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom hosts two full beds with fun navy and orange accents and a tv. Charging stations are attached to the headboards!
The hall includes a drop leaf table which a great place to drop your keys and store your sunscreen and towels or use it for primping supplies and get ready in the mirror that hangs above it!
In addition to a full size washer and dryer the laundry room is home to a Scotsman ice maker creating gourmet ice for your drinks and ice chest. No need for trips to the store for bags of ice.
