The fully equipped kitchen has all new major appliances, tile backsplash, and granite countertops. It is well-stocked with dishware, serveware, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, a new crockpot, and so much more. An adjacent dining area has seating for six. The kitchen bar seats an additional four.
Balcony access from the living room and master bedroom lead to a breathtaking view of the ocean offered from the 14th floor. The balcony table has seating for four. A chaise lounge is also on the balcony for relaxation and sunbathing. Also a convenient outdoor closet will be left open for guest storage during your stay.
The newly re-decorated living room has two comfortable sofas, including a queen size sofa sleeper, two decorator chairs, and a brand new 55-inch flat screen smart television with a Blue Ray player. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer off of the living room that offers extra storage space.
The master bedroom has a four-poster canopy king size bed, two large dressers, and a 47 inch flat screen television. There is a walk-in closet for extra storage. The on-suite master bathroom has a shower and tub combination and extended vanity.
There are two additional bedrooms that share a second bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, new 43 inch TV, and direct access to the second bathroom. The other bedroom has two full beds and a new smart 43 inch TV. Each bedroom has a large closet and a dresser. The bathroom is large and provides a cupboard with drawers for extra storage.
