Brett/Robinson Announces New Commission Structure

As a company who values and appreciates our property owners, we consistently review our standards and evaluate our vacation rental management structure through the lens of a market-driven approach.  After an in-depth assessment, our company is electing to decrease our commission rate.  In addition, we now have a sliding commission scale for owners with multiple units.

Effective November 1, 2022, Brett/Robinson will implement a new commission structure:

1 - 2 Units	18% commission
3 - 4 Units	17% commission
5 - 9 Units	16% commission
10 - 19 Units	15% commission
20 or more Units	14% commission

 

 

 

 

But wait, there’s more!  Owners will pay ZERO credit card fees! 

You can be assured that we will continue to offer premium service desk operations, complementary maintenance labor, and on-site housekeeping services.  In addition, our industry-expert revenue management team will continue to maximize revenue and occupancy for you.
