Under new ownership, this unit has been completely refurnished. The fresh furnishings and beautiful artwork give this two bedroom, two bath condo the feel of a luxurious beach getaway. The comfortable living area boasts a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, a faux leather recliner, matching end tables, and coffee table, facing a flat-screen Smart television. The well equipped kitchen has black and stainless appliances, granite countertops, wood cabinets, and all the cooking tools you need to prepare food, including a coffee maker, blender, and microwave. A jelly cabinet provides additional space for groceries. Two bar chairs sit at the breakfast bar and a family of four can sit at the counter high table with four padded chairs and a view of the balcony and gulf. The same four can grab their plates and dine on the balcony with the sound of crashing waves. Views of the beach to the east and west are visible. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands, chest, bench, and tasteful artwork, along with a flat screen television. Its private bathroom has a standard tub/shower combination and granite counters. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, with nightstands, chest, bench, and flat screen TV. Its bathroom is similar to the master's. New wiring was completed in 2020 to improve internet, television, and telephone service. Island Winds East Units: Onsite parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of size during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival event. Additional parking available offsite.
