This condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the beach and lazy river. Enjoy a perfect view of the beach, pools, waterslide, and lazy river right from your balcony! You can also enjoy the spectacular views through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the living and dining areas.

Avoid the elevators with convenient access to direct parking on the 4th floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Sit back, relax, and enjoy luxurious amenities at Phoenix West. Drift along the lazy river, ride down the corkscrew waterslide, hit the powdery white sand on the beach, or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Keep the little ones safe with the fenced-in kiddie pool. For your convenience, The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, cookware, coffee maker, etc, and features a full-size refrigerator plus a wet bar with a built-in ice maker. Place your order for grocery delivery or curbside pick up upon your arrival and you'll be ready to make yourself at home! Local stores include Target, Publix, Rouses market, Walmart Market, and Walmart. Shipt and Instacart are offered in the area as well.

The dining area offers seating for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The master bath features a whirlpool tub, separate glass shower with dual shower heads, and double vanities, Each additional bedroom has its own bathroom plus there is a 4th full bathroom for guests with a walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer.

When you're ready to take a break from the many condo amenities and white sand beach, book a dolphin cruise, hit the go-carts and arcade, take your turn at mini golf, spend your afternoon deciding if you should trust a pirate on the pirate cruise, catch some live music at Flora-Bama, take your pick at one of the many homemade ice cream shops or head to Alabama Gulf State Park! Take a stroll on the pier and see what the local fisherman are catching, or head across the street into the park and enjoy a picnic on Lake Shelby. Visit the nature center, take or hike or bike ride on the trails, or set up a 2-hour guided segway tour thru the park.
