Lodging for Spring Break in Gulf Shores

More Info

There are many advantages to renting a condo or beach house when you go to the beach for Spring Break as opposed to staying in a hotel. Condos and beach houses can actually come out to be cheaper when you share the space and cost with friends. There are more beds and couches, and you also get access to a full-size refrigerator and full kitchen as well as other amenities that most hotels can't offer. Sharing a condo or beach house with friends over Spring Break in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach gives you the opportunity to socialize and be together more, rather than having to go back and forth between separate hotel rooms that may not even be on the same floor.

Renting a Condo for Spring Break
Condos are often very similar to hotels, but there are some fundamental differences. Our condos have a full kitchen and refrigerator and most have a washer and dryer. You have the option to cook meals for yourself, save leftover food and wash clothes if you need to. Cooking meals in your condo or just eating snacks out of the refrigerator is ideal when you're on a budget. Renting a condo also gives you the amenities of a hotel such as a large swimming pool, private beach access, hot tub and gym or exercise room. Because most of them have multiple floors, they also have great views. Some condos have tennis, basketball and/or racquetball courts. Our Phoenix East and Phoenix V condos have all these amenities and more. Lazy rivers with corkscrew slides are featured at family-friendly Phoenix West, Phoenix West II, Phoenix on the Bay and Phoenix on the Bay II. See all of our Phoenix condos here.

Renting a Beach House for Spring Break
Beach houses offer your own private porch or deck, and grill. They're also generally more spacious. Some beach houses have access to a community pool and access to the beach just a few steps away. Some even have a washer and dryer. If you plan to spend more time grilling and hanging out with your friends in your own private space rather than bar-hopping every night, a beach house is the way to go.
