Each of our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people ? 2 in the bedroom and 2 in the bunk beds. This makes it easy to share the cost of a 1 bedroom beach condo with 4 friends. Each suite contains a full-size kitchen, living area, bunk bed alcove, bedroom and 1 or 2 bathrooms.

Both of the Phoenix All Suites hotels are within walking distance of food, entertainment, and the beach, of course. If you bring some groceries with you, you likely won't need to use your car at all during your stay. The original Phoenix All Suites location is located about one block from The Hangout, the famous bar, restaurant and venue where the annual Hangout Music Festival takes place every May. The venue has live music on a regular basis, and they also feature a courtyard for playing ping pong and foosball, a gigantic sandpit that you're never too old to play in, and a fire pit to gather around on cool nights at the beach.
