  • If you are currently staying with us, we are asking that everyone depart before noon on Friday, March 20th. Any unused night stays will also be refunded.

March 18, 2020:

As the situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of everyone in and around every vacation rental. We will continue to monitor news, trends, and advisories from the CDC, as well as, national, state, and local governments in the days and weeks to follow. We also want to take this opportunity to provide you with a summary of the steps taken to date.

  • We’ve developed preventative measures to maintain a clean, healthy environment at every building including hand antibacterial in common areas like elevators and check-in desks.
  • We have also enhanced our cleaning efforts for ‘high-touch’ items across common areas of each building (i.e., door handles, handrails, lobby counters, restroom surfaces, and elevator buttons to name a few).
  • Our staff is practicing proper health etiquette such as covering coughs and sneezes and exercising healthy hand-hygiene.
  • We have also instructed our employees to stay home from work if they are sick and seek medical attention if they develop symptoms of Coronavirus.

If you are arriving soon, please be aware that our area is experiencing the same shortages as other areas in securing supplies like food, toilet paper, etc. You may want to purchase any of these needs before you arrive or bring them from home.

As of today, the beach is open, amenities are open, restaurants, bars and other businesses are open. Currently, neither Gulf Shores or Orange Beach has any plans to curtail normal business operations. The weather is beautiful and many are out enjoying it while observing social distancing practices.

In closing, please know that every effort is being made to protect your vacation getaway from the effects of the Coronavirus. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at 866.732.8697 with any questions you have.
