You will love it here! New owners have done many updates! The kitchen has new granite countertops, travertine backsplash and oak cabinets. There is also a new refrigerator and dishwasher. This corner unit has a wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the gulf. New living area furnishings include a lime green/aqua sofa bed, aqua recliners, marine motif rocker, reclaimed accent pieces and a flat screen television. There is also a dvd/vcr player. The dining area features a glass topped table with a dolphin base that seats six. The counter bar in kitchen seats four. The oversized master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking Orange Beach, a king sized wicker bed with iron insets and aqua and khaki bedding. New granite countertops and cabinets and a shower/tub combination are in both bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two fulls with brightly colored sea life bedding. Each bedroom has its own 39" television. All bedrooms have new khaki tileAmenities
