The condo has four bedrooms and a luxerious sleeper Q sofa bed comfortably sleeping 16 people and three bathrooms including one completely handicapped accsssible. An almost 31-foot-long private terrace (261 square feet), filled with Breezesta furniture awaits you for dining, relaxing and watching the sunset. A fireplace anticipates romantic cuddling. Free Wi-Fi is available.

A fully equipped kitchen includes an electric can opener, toaster oven, toaster, Cuisinart 11 cup food processor, 2 (stand and hand held) electric mixers, blender, deep fat fryer and crockpot. Charcoal grilling is on the first floor.
The living room has high end, plush upholstered sofa and love seat, two swivel cushioned armchairs, and a luxurious Q sleeper sofa in soft Sunbrella fabric adding to the cozy living space. The open dining area reverals a magnificent floor to ceiling view of Little Lagoon! It is filled with a solid, tin topped table with 8 upholstered chairs. A long breakfast bar has four upholstered, swivel, high-backed chairs.

An en-suite bathroom, shared by bedroom two and three, has a double-sink vanity, granite countertop and a shower and bathtub combination.
Bedroom four, has two Queen-size beds and a wall-mounted, flatscreen 43" 4K Smart Sony Bravia TV. Ample storage in the bathroom and customized shelving functionalithy in the closets accommodates a full room of guests and their luggage.The fourth bedroom en-suite bathroom is wheelchair-acessible and contains a single-sink vanity, granite countertop and walk-in shower with multiple handicap bars. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.
A full-size washer and dryer are tucked away in a double-door hallway closet, so you can leave the sand at the beach!
The tiled, almost 31-foot-long private terrace balcony (262 square feet) provides it all! The large balcony has both lounge seating for up to 5 guests and dining seating for up to 10 guests! Additionally, there are also 2 single gliders, 1 double glider and 1 chaise lounge if your eyes ever need a break, or you want to sit and enjoy reading a good book.

The low density building (98 units in total) housing PGS Unit 501 is filled with amenities. There is a zero entry outdoor pool allowing for wheelchair accessibility and an exhiliaring corkscrew water slide that is fun for all ages. A separate zero entry, indoor heated pool and two hot tubs are close to the ever important restrooms on the 1st floor. Multiple outdoor charcoal grills are available for grilling your steaks. And, best of all, the Brett/Robinson staff cleans up all the mess of the grill so you can just go enjoy your food! There is a tennis court on the 7th floor, atop the parking deck, which has inviting views of scenic Little Lagoon. There is a wheelchair accessible boardwalk leading down to the white sands of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico's green and blue waters where you can sink your toes into the white sand. The beach is private access. The spacious state-of-the-art fitness center with a full Gulf view is found on the 2nd floor along with a meeting room and the beautiful open lobby featuring a coffee bar and jigsaw puzzle fun.
