With direct balcony access, the master bedroom has a King-size bed, a mirror vanity dresser, a small desk with a mirror, and a flatscreen satellite-equipped TV. The ensuite master bathroom features a single-sink vanity and a separate glass-enclosed bathtub and shower combination.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a vanity dresser and a TV.
The third bedroom has two full-size beds and a 32-inch flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.
The balcony, offering stunning views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass, has a bar-height table and four chairs as well as additional seating.
Phoenix VI features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a kiddie pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, outdoor tennis courts, racquetball courts, a sauna and a grilling area.
The beachfront condo is located on Perdido Beach Boulevard, approximately 8 miles east of State Highway 59.
