Phoenix IX, Unit #608, in Orange Beach is a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath PREMIERE CORNER Gulf Front condo on the 6th floor with a wraparound balcony. 3 of the 4 UHD 4K SMART TV's are 65". (The smallest TV is 55"). The condo sleeps up to eight guests and is over 2,300 square feet.
NEWLY REMODELED in 2019 from floor to ceiling
VIEWS, VIEWS and more VIEWS from 120 feet of "floor to ceiling glass". RARE CORNER 3-bedroom 3 ½ bath unit where EVERY bedroom is on the side with windows angled to have Gulf VIEWS. Each bedroom also has its own sliding glass door to access the tiled 60-foot long side balcony. This means no "flipping a coin" to see who gets the bedroom with the Gulf VIEW. Naturally, the living room has spectacular corner VIEWS of the beach to see the spectacular sunrises. In fact, the only rooms without views in this unit are the bathrooms and three "walk-in" closets.
It is worth pointing out these UPSCALE Phoenix IX CORNER units with three bedrooms 3.5 bathroom have more interior space (2,300+ Sq. Ft.) and tiled balcony space (400+ Sq. Ft.) than most 4-bedroom condos in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores.
Naturally in a unit with this much space, there is a washer and dryer, wet bar with ice maker and even a small "walk-in pantry" next to the fully equipped kitchen that has stainless steel appliances and stone counter tops. The inside dining areas seat eleven (six at marble table and five at counter) have Gulf front VIEWS. Outdoor meal seating for up to eight (8) at a counter height table allows for beautiful Gulf front VIEWS. There are also loungers and bistro sets on the balcony.
The Phoenix IX complex has an indoor pool and hot tubs on the seventh-floor that have VIEWS overlooking Ole River and St. John's Bay, the kiddie pool has amazing corner VIEWS, the indoor Tennis court on the twelfth floor has a glass ceiling and glass walls on three sides with VIEWS overlooking Ole River and Ono Island and naturally the eighth-floor fitness facility also has VIEWS. Even your vehicle(s) can have VIEWS through the glass panels in the covered five- story parking garage.
If you want to "VIEW" TV during your stay, there are THREE (3) new 65" 4K UHD SMART TV's and one 55" TV (the biggest that would fit on the wall) that even allow you to use your own Netflix, Amazon and/or Hulu accounts for streaming. There are also three Blu Ray DVD players.
There is also a glass desk next to the floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom in case you have some work to do during your stay.
Naturally, free UPGRADED high-speed Wi-Fi (150/50 MBPS) is included. You will even find a section of board games, puzzles and DVDs under entertainment center in the living room to use during your stay.
It is worth noting we do NOT have a lock on our interior owner's closet in the front entry hall and you are welcome to use our personal beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cart, coolers, boogie boards and outdoor games during your stay.
Walk to the Flora-Bama for meals & entertainment and on Sundays for their inspirational WOW (Worship on the Water) church service.
The sixth floor is the perfect height to hear the waves washing ashore and for people watching on the beach. Plus, it is on the opposite end of the building from the outdoor pool and away from the elevators.
