| Setup Notes of Interest: | Theater is a seating style ideal for lectures, groups, annual meetings, video and other presentations. A center isle decreases the capacity but allows easier access and vision. Tables and chairs allow flexibility in arrangement for small and large groups. This style is typically used for dining. Classroom seating places three group members along the side of each table, providing the visibility of theater seating and the convenience of a tables and chairs arrangement. U-shaped and Boardroom seating arrangements are conducive to small groups such as dicussion panels and board meetings. Both arrangements allow each person seated to communicate easily. Chevron seating is often used for award ceremonies and other events for which visibility is a priority. Seating is accessed from the center. Dining Hall style utilizes room-long tables. While traffic patterns are limited, this set-up maximizes dining capacity for large groups. | |
