You must obtain a marriage license from the Baldwin County Court House in Bay Minette. Identification must be provided at the time of application. Operating hours for the courthouse are Monday - Friday between 8:00am & 3:30pm. The fee for the license is $40. Payment may be made by cash or money order. According to Alabama law, a Justice of the Peace cannot perform marriage services. Additional questions should be directed to the County Courthouse at 251-937-0260.
