I’ve had a pretty great spring and summer, as far as vacations—had a few fun trips to Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, ranging from quick weekend getaways to week-long Gulf vacations. In this respect, I’ll be a little sad to see summer pass.
At the same time, I’m really looking forward to fall. Cooler weather for one thing; this has been one brutal summer for sure. And while my summer beach vacations were excellent respites from the heat (condo pools and the Gulf of Mexico offer), a fall beach vacation offers its own benefits.
Cooler weather for outdoor Gulf activities is one draw—golf and nature attractions are a couple personal fall favorites of mine. And yet the weather in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach will likely still be warm enough for beach and pool time. (And if it’s not, there’s likely an indoor pool to enjoy at my Orange Beach condo.)
