I recently stayed at the Seabreeze Condominiums, unit 214, and it was the most miserable time of my life. I booked this condo for myself and my grandchildren for their spring break. Security was banging on my door at three am in the morning saying someone was urinating off the third floor and I was on the second floor. They came back making accusations about fireworks and I invited them in to search for fireworks, they of course did not come in. I do not recommend this complex nor will I recommend Brett Robinson for an agent for rentals. This will be posted on face book, and any other community web site I can post it on. This was harrassment on the homeowner associations part and I will be looking into the possibility of filing some type of action against all involved. It was like staying at a convalescent home, scared to breath out loud and dare not laught out loud. This was spring break, if you don’t want spring breakers there, then you need to ask ahead of time if your party includes teenagers. I was also told that no one under 25 could be left unattended. I was totally shocked, 25 in my part of the world is an adult. Wonders never cease
