Description

A cute and cozy one bedroom and one bathroom unit that provides great views of the Gulf. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and there’s a bright and colorful triptych painting with a tropical theme on the wall behind the bed. Also here are two single-drawer, light color rattan and woven wicker nightstands, and a similar chest of drawers. The attached bathroom has the usual fixtures, plus a pedestal sink. In the kitchen everything is ready to go if you have sufficient energy to cook after a day spent frolicking on the beach. There is a flat top range and a light gray speckled granite countertop. You can eat at the breakfast bar, which has two backless, dark wood, bench-style stools, or at a small, dark wood bistro-style table with two chairs that is in the kitchen. A second eating area is near the balcony. This features a tall pub-style table and four dark wood and metal stools. Furniture in the living area includes a red striped cloth couch, a khaki color cloth armchair, an end table with a tiled top and a dark wood color coffee table, and a dark wood and black metal side table for a flat screen television and a DVD player.

This is a Non-Smoking Property. Monthly rentals allowed in September, October, November, December, January, February, March. Ending March 15.
