Located in a small building, #301 Four Winds is a 2 bedroom sun-filled eastern corner unit that sleeps 8. A well equipped kitchen will let you cook up a feast when you are not out enjoying one of the many fine restaurants located nearby.
The master suite has a king-size bed, 37-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and full bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen-size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player and connects to a bathroom. A new queen sleeper sofa and twin-size bunks in the hallway provide more sleeping room.
The kitchen has new appliances and a breakfast bar. The dining area affords you a view of the beach through the double window. The living room includes a 47-inch LED HDTV, DVD player and music system. A washer and dryer are also provided.
Complex amenities include WI-FI, outdoor pool, hot tub, children's pool and BBQ area.

This is a Non-Smoking Property. Monthly rentals allowed in October, November, December, January, February, March. Ending March 15.

Having travelled extensively to many seaside destinations, we fell in love with the area because it has one of the best beaches we have ever seen. A modern and friendly community, Gulf Shores/Orange Beach has everything you will need for an action packed vacation or for some quiet R&R on the Gulf Coast.
We chose Four Winds #301 because it has one of the best views of the beach and is on a lower floor in a 36 unit building. Nothing beats watching sunrises from our balcony or stargazing on the beach. The condo is a quiet and comfortable space that will meet all your expectations and help you create a beachside vacation to remember.
Four Winds #301 is located at 24114 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL, 36561. We are right across the road from Wintzell's Oyster House, recently named as one of the Top 5 Oyster Bars on the Gulf Coast. Many other good restaurants are also nearby. There are two shopping malls within a 3 minute drive, each with a major grocery store.
